Our Pet Policy
Not all residences allow for pets. Some residences are kept pet-free for those guests requesting pet-free residences.

Pet Deposit: $500 (Refundable)
Pet Cleaning Fee: $250 (Non-Refundable)

Luxuria Residences allows the tenant(s) permission to live in the rental with a pet if they agree to be responsible for the pet and any potential pet-related damages.

Do you accept pets?

We understand, and we got you! Luxuria Residences has cribs, portable cribs, high chairs, baby baths, and an assortment of children's gear and accessories. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of everything. (Please note that a waiver for ALL children's items will need to be signed prior to use)

I'm traveling with children… help!

At this current time, we do not have single-family homes for rent. However, we plan to in the future so check back with us!

Do you have houses for rent?

Each property has been carefully selected by us. We have either already stayed at each property or would stay at the property. Both the property and its management teams are carefully reviewed and checked out. We only select properties in great, safe locations with all of the amenities that are important to our guests.

How do you pick your properties?

Don't see a property that you want to stay at? We are ALWAYS adding new properties so be sure to drop us a line, and we will do our best to help you!

What if I want a different property or city?

You will be given a mailbox key (if applicable to your property) and instructions on how to pick up packages. Let us know if you need to send yourself mail ahead of time.

What happens to my mail and packages?

Cleaning is scheduled weekly but can be adjusted to your needs.  

Will my residence be cleaned?

I’m on government PCS with limited budgeting, can you help?

Long-term cancellation policy:
This policy applies to all stays of 30 consecutive nights or longer.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
All units require $500 deposit.
